1. Attention should be paid to the electricity environment.

1. Household power supply standards. According to the national standard, the power supply of household electrical equipment should adopt single-phase three-wire 50 Hz 220 V AC. The three-wire, zero and ground wires of the power supply are connected correctly and in accordance with the external markings. The grounding is good, the insulation is well protected, and the diameter of the wire meets the requirements of capacity load. In the national power quality, the allowable deviation of supply voltage is - 10% to 7%, which is calculated from 198 volts to 235 volts according to 220 volts standard voltage. For electric and hot water faucet products, the deviation is extended to - 15% to 10%, that is, between 187 volts and 242 volts. In areas where the power load is relatively concentrated, it should be expanded appropriately.

2. Protection requirements. The total household ammeter load can not exceed the standard, it is best to have an air protection switch, at least a fuse protector such as fuse (wire), the nominal value of the fuse (wire) can not exceed the limit value. Electric and hot water faucets should be separately provided with power supply lines, instead of sharing a power supply line with other high-power electrical appliances (such as bathroom, heater, heater). (Attention should be paid to connecting from the meter, not from the socket on the wall, and not from the middle). Protective devices such as leakage, overload and overcurrent should be set separately to protect the electricity. The current level shall not be greater than 2 times the rated current of a single electrical appliance.

3. Power socket and extension line. Power sockets for electrical appliances should be configured as required. According to national standards, single-phase three-wire (hole) socket, the left end of the socket blue is N pole, zero line; the right end Brown is L pole, phase (fire) line; the yellow-green terminal with ground sign at the upper end should be grounded wire, not interchangeable. The socket should be matched with the plug of the electric and hot water faucet. It is better to use 16 ampere mode, especially when the rated power consumption of the electric and hot water faucet exceeds 2000 watt-hours. Water-proof sockets are preferred, with a protective housing to prevent water and steam from entering the connection gap between plugs and sockets. The socket should be placed vertically as far as possible. If it is installed on the wall and other objects, it should be as far away from the water source or sprinkler as possible. It is better that the bathers and the water flow and spray in the bath can not be directly contacted. The socket should be easily and firmly connected to prevent sparks from occurring when the power lead is pulled or touched due to poor connection. When the power lead is long, it should be bundled, adhered and fixed to the object which is not easy to move.

2. Choose products with 3C laser anti-counterfeiting labels

When choosing hot water faucet products, users should select products with 3C laser anti-counterfeiting labels, which can be torn open to reveal anti-counterfeiting codes.

When installing products, users can't regard zero line as grounding wire, and can't connect grounding wire to heating pipes, water pipes and other facilities as grounding on their own in the case of double line, otherwise it will leave a major safety hazard.
